Can I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
My order never arrived.
Please check your spam filter, as well, for your electronic voucher order. If you need further assistance, please contact Customer Service.
An item or part is missing from my shipment.
If an item is missing from your shipment, track your order status to be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped, as some items may be shipped separately. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact Customer Service for assistance.
Can I return vouchers?
The following conditions pertain to all purchases on the HPE Voucher Store:
- Please select your vouchers carefully before buying.
- Voucher exchanges and refunds are strictly prohibited.
- All voucher sales are final.
When will my order be sent?
Voucher orders are shipped (sent by email) within 1 business day from when the order is submitted.
